Frequently Asked Questions
What if I decide to cancel my listing?
You can cancel your listing at any time. However, please note that once the home is listed on MLS we are unable to offer any refunds.
How long does it take for my home to be listed on MLS?
Once we’ve received your completed order and photos, the home will be listed on MLS within 24 hours. Once we’ve confirmed that it is live, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to your ad.
Do I have to use Paypal?
We use paypal for the convenience and security they offer customers. If you don’t have a paypal account you will be given an option to pay with any major credit card, so you don’t have to sign up with paypal in order to purchase a product.
How am I billed?
Once you’ve entered your listing, you’ll be taken to Paypal’s website to complete the payment of your listing package. The payment due at the time of listing is $500. The remaining payment of $2,000 is paid only when we close. If we don’t close, you don’t pay.
Can I extend my listing?
Yes. We offer six month extensions at a renewal rate of $299/$2,000.
How am I notified of showings?
Our showing service will contact you when someone wants to see your property by phone, email or text. You decide. This service is staffed 8am-8pm Mon-Sat and 8am-6pm on Sundays to schedule appointments.
Will I receive feedback from my showings?
We send automated feedback inquiries to any agent that has shown the property. Most of the time they will respond. When they do, their response is emailed to you immediately.
How do I sign the forms digitally?
At the bottom of the page, you will see a box where you simply draw your name with your mouse and click submit.
How do I make changes to my listing?
Simply email us any changes you would like to make, i.e. add photos, advertise open house dates, etc. and we’ll make the changes within a matter of hours. Please allow up to 24 hours for the changes to display on various websites.
How do I schedule an open house?
You can simply email us with the date, starting time and ending time, we’ll take care of the rest. Please give yourself ample time to publish the open house, i.e. if you know you’ll be having an open house in two weeks, complete the open house request as soon as possible for the greatest amount of exposure.
Why do I have to pay a buyers agent?
MLS requires that any property listed through their portals must include compensation for a Realtor® that procures the buyer. This amount is not fixed (it’s up to you what you’re willing to pay) and only payable if a Realtor® brings the buyer.
Who coordinates the closing?
We will coordinate the closing with all parties involved in the transaction as well as have all documents, disclosures and contracts prepared for you.
Do you do short sales?
No. At this time it is too cost prohibitive to offer this product for short sale transactions.
Can I use this service if I’m listed with another agent?
No. State Regulations prohibit the listing of any property with more than one agent at a time.
Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?
No. We have priced our service extremely aggressively, so we are unable to offer multiple discounts.
What sites will my listing be on?
Your property will be placed on MLS and Realtor.com. Literally hundreds of sites will carry this information but we can’t guarantee which ones because we have no control over which homes they pull from our feed. We advise clients to wait about one week after their home has been listed and then do a google search for their property address to find out who exactly is carrying the feed.
Is the property listed on my local MLS?
Yes.
How long will my home be listed?
Your listing will be active for six months from the date your listing is first published.
